Puffy Parcel is an online hemp shop based in St. Louis. We carry 160+ products, including flower, vapes, gummies, pre-rolls, concentrates and THC drinks. No dispensary and no medical card. Order online and it shows up at your door.
Yes, this is legal. Every product we sell is hemp-derived and complies with the 2018 Farm Bill, the federal law that legalized hemp, including the federal limit for Delta-9 THC by dry weight. That's why you can order online without a dispensary or medical card.
We only ship where it's legal. State laws vary, so our checkout blocks states we can't deliver to. If your order goes through, you're good to go.
Every product is 3rd-party lab tested. See the lab results.
Plain, discreet packaging. Nobody knows what's inside but you.
Most orders leave within 1 business day and arrive in 2–5 business days.

When I first started to use this website I was a bit sketchy about it, but ever since I made the decision to buy something it's been the best decision I ever made… even the shipping is fast.
This is great product and is by far cheaper than the dispensaries… wish I found this sooner.
Expected dry, fall-apart flower. Boy was I wrong, nice flower and moist. Reordered instantly before it was gone.
I got it before the actual delivery time. I'm going to say this, Puffy Parcel, you have earned a customer.
Everything about this was perfect! From the ease of ordering to the packaging to the fast delivery and then the awesome product!
This was a replacement for the one I ordered. I called them and they replaced it right away. Love Puffy.
